QUALITY MANAGER / METALLURGICAL ENGINEER

Technical expert in Metallurgy, responsible for developing, modifying, improving
and troubleshooting the metallurgical processes associated with vacuum carburizing,
normalizing, solution nitriding, annealing, and plasma carburizing. Plan and
evaluate new projects, consult with other engineers and corporate executives.
Review new product requirements, make recommendations, and write recipes.
Analyze suspected metallurgical failures through data and lab test results
to determine causes of problems and develop solutions. Design and direct
testing and or control of processing procedures. Conduct and supervise tests
on finished products through destructive and non-destructive testing methods
to ensure quality. REQ.: Experienced in vacuum carburizing of gears, process
optimizing to reduce gears distortions, gears measurements. Knowledge of
coordinate measuring machine and how to operate. Masters degree or foreign
educational equivalent in Metallurgical Engineering + 10 years of work
